If you respond to a job post, one of our recruitment consultants will be in touch with you. If there is a match between your resume and the position, we will schedule a first introductory meeting at our office in Utrecht (nearby Maarssen). In this meeting, we would like to get to know you so that we can understand if there is actually a potential match.
If there is a potential match, then we introduce you to the client. We do this by providing your cv and a detailed presentation of your knowledge, expertise and personality.
Only with your permission will we keep your data in our database. This allows us to approach you proactively when we receive a new suitable position. Prior to sharing your resume with our clients, we always ask for your permission. This way, you will never face unexpected surprises.
